there are lines of such stunning imagination here
ReplyDelete"half moons of wheat fields."
"She is a braille of clay"
"and purple & red oceans"
but all in this overlapping structure in which the words seem to be actually reflecting the spirit of the image and vice-versa.
Thank you for the beautiful comment, narrator. Somehow you always manage to make all the work seem worth it... xo
ReplyDeleteBrenda, this is beautiful. There is something about the blues and pinks, along with the repeated images, overlapping, gives a feel for an infinate presence. So happy to find you here.
ReplyDeletes.m. Thank you for that wonderful image...and, sweetie, I am sooo glad you dropped by! *hugs xo
ReplyDeleteI'd also like to thank Pru for her suggestions on changing the original order of the stanzas of this poem - much better, now! Thanks hugely honey! xo
ReplyDelete...is that ever marvelous...i like the perspective in the poster too, which, together with the colours, seem to jump out at you...
ReplyDeleteAh, yes, Tamar, African angels... I think you are one. xo
ReplyDeleteAnd anon, sweet anon, thank you so much for your beautiful comment and your help with spelling too! xo
