And dancing birds remind me of the return of the light in the darkness, Solstice, the festival of the trees, birth of the divine child, of the sun-god, rebirth of the spirit.

ReplyDeleteThe larger window in my kitchen, at the table, sometimes gets an etching of frost, and when the Moon shines through it, oh, what a prismatic jewel!!!

ReplyDeleteIt is a dancing frost image, Sky. On this one, I did manage to make the photograph a link back to roddh's flickr account; on the one I entitled "Frost Flowers," though I had permission by email from the photographer to post it, had to upload it from my computer and then Blogger takes over, disabling all links but one to a larger Picassa size. Some of the photos found on the W(orld) W(ide) W(iFi) are certainly stunning. Glad you enjoyed as much as I did.
