Too difficult, I think! But lots of artists have, and perhaps it would be a fruitful path to explore in paint. I tend to focus more on the manner of painting (colours, fluidity, shapeshifting forms) and the state of mind during painting than on the actual subject matter, though of course the subject matter is inseparable from the process which created it. Yes, do paint your visions!
